Toyota Corolla (E120): Inspection procedure

1 Inspect terminal voltage(od – body ground)

  1. Disconnect the cruise control ecu connector.
  2.  turn the ignition switch to the on position.
  3.  measure the voltage between terminal od of cruise control ecu and body ground.

Standard:

2 Inspect terminal voltage(od1 – body ground)

2 Inspect terminal voltage(od1 – body ground)

  1. Measure the voltage between terminal od1 of ecm and body ground.

Standard:

3 Check harness and connector(od1 – body ground)

3 Check harness and connector(od1 – body ground)

  1. Disconnect the ecm connector.
  2. measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard (check for short):
